- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated at all. Simply system with simply pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would make contact with the customer/investor and speak with them about the property, what exactly they expect and describe each step that Divine Estates take to make sure that the property is well maintained. If we discuss that, we would then discuss pricing and describe how payment will be made through our system. I then send a welcome package to the investor and the tenant to introduce our company to the tenant. It's your property but we pride ourselves in taking care of your investment!!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take a refresher course yearly for Property Management.
