He was very responsive and came out immediately however due to other commitments he canceled my job the day before he was scheduled to start the repair. He did provide a 100% refund of my deposit.

I did cancel the day before because of weather pushing other jobs back and I couldn’t make it out. Not to mention I did drop my price over $300 to match someone else’s. I called, texted and received no response before to explain with no response. I believe I gave you optimal notice and refunded your money promptly. This review isn’t reflective according to what the true circumstance was.
