Stephanie did a great job staging our townhouse. The turnaround time was extremely fast, we went from speaking about the scope of the project to getting the staging done within a day! The end result was amazing and exceeded our expectations tremendously. We would be recommending her to any of our friends interested in staging/furnishing their homes and look forward to working with her again.

Stephanie Lyn was AMAZING!!!! She responded within a few minutes of my project request on Thumbtack and she immediately made time to meet with me the very next day. She took time to walk through a home that I have listed (I'm a realtor of course) and she immediately came up with a plan that fit exactly within my client's timeframe. Then not only did she deliver on staging the home beautifully but she went above and beyond. Her team of workers assisting with the delivery and movement of furniture also went above and beyond. Without hesitation, I will use her again and again and recommend her to everyone!

I’ve work with Realtors, Homeowners, Investors and Airbnb Entrepreneurs. Ask me about furnishing your Airbnb 🏠
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be very careful when agreeing to sign a furniture rental contract. Minimum rental is 3 months. Should your house sell within the first 30 days, you are still responsible for the remainder of the contract. Should you terminate 30 days out, you are then responsible for the following month. At Staged by Stephanie Lyn, all furniture/accessories remain on the property for 6 months or until the property is under contract, whichever occurs first.
