Do you have an occasion (birthday, graduation, business, friends get-together) that you would rather participate in the fun instead of in the kitchen? I am talking about the party you want to have at home for 2 to 100 people and you don't want to rent a space. Do you want some prepared meals ready to go in your fridge? Do you want to learn to cook like a pro? Do you want to know how to make yourself healthy vibrant meals? I'm Stacy and I can do any and all of that. All you need to do is ask. The question now is how much is your sanity worth? If you have a moment...Follow me on these thoughts... If you add up all the time and money traveling to restaurants, and shopping, how much are you REALLY spending? You already know how much your time is worth by what you're paid at your job, but in those hours not punching the clock, we forget that peace of mind is worth a lot too. Stress, worry, time spent trying to find something you've lost (including your mind) because it went into the abyss is worth something. I'm not a doctor, I have no piece of paper from any institution that states I have a degree in anything medical. I am however intelligent. I know I have studied, I research and I have used in daily practical application all of the things in my kitchen. I know I use the healthiest of ingredients and know the tricks to get more flavor out of your food with the best results for your body. Think about how much time and money you spend trying to keep up with everyday life. Now add in that special event that you have to plan. Do you have the time to do that and keep yourself happy and on track? Do you want to do it? If your answer is no, perhaps I can help? I am a trained Chef with a focus on whole healthy foods, vibrant in color and flavor. I am diverse in my cuisines as well. Many are surprised when I explain how good something is for you and amazed at how versatile a few staples can be. My food is vibrant, colorful and bursts with flavors. I was taught people eat with their eyes and nose first and foremost before it ever reaches their mouths. I use fresh herbs and high quality goods to ensure it is an amazing experience for you, your family, and your guests. So let's get personal, because I am a Personal Chef. My job is to take you as a person into account and structure your needs to fit you and your situation personally... I do that by talking to you. It's that simple. Really... I know to ask for help when I need it. Since I'm relatively new here I have asked those whom I have worked for before, and with, to share their opinion of me. I have a set of reviews that demonstrate my character, reputation and skills. Some have even given the bonus opinion of my personality, lol... I can say I am a fun and interesting person with a very enlightening view on the world. I've been told I am quite hilarious at times too... I am in no way stodgy and I always carry a smile. I do pride myself on these qualities and work on them daily. I also give happiness and good vibes for free, because I'm like that. I am a very real and authentic person. I have no need to hide anything or mislead you in any way. I like being able to sleep at night with a clear conscience and a clean karmic slate. I'm a firm believer in honesty. I will tell you if I can do something to help you. It's possible I know someone who can help you if I can't and possibly I could say I just don't know how to help you. But all of this is relative because I can't help you if you don't ask. The people I hire work with me are required to have a sense of humor, a strong moral compass and a sense of compassion. We don't just work for you; we become your friends. So don't be shy...we're all a bit crazy too, and you've been warned that we are hilarious! While I don't follow what should be done in a classic textbook cut and dry business model I find that there are many people who are happy with how I do things.
