Isreal is awesome!!! I'm about to start my second month!! He really works with your schedule. His workouts are always different and challenging. Isreal is the first trainer that I ever have and I could not have picked a better one (out of 5 I reached out). I started out with no fitness training experience and a dormant life style. He worked with me patiently with much consideration to my personal needs and life style change. Business side, he showed good ethics and very honest in handling billing etc. He was able to keep the activities interesting enough to keep me motivated. He is not the cheer leader type but his style fit me well and made me comfortable from the beginning. At the end of 4 month training, I have lost 20 lbs and 2 sizes with minimum diet effort. I started out with having to drag my feet to the gym to now I look forward to the session at the end of the day. I feel that I have more energy to play with my kids and am proud of my strength during my everyday activities. For example, in a recent trip to Hawaii, I was able to hike a mountain with much ease, which would be a very daunting task for me in my previous experience. That feeling is very good. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal but I am more confident now that I will get there having Isreal fuel started my process. He is now moving to a new location that is even better equipped. I highly recommend Isreal to anyone who is considering a trainer.

Isreal helped me out personally by getting my back in shape so I would stop having to see the chiropractor on a regular basis. After working on my back I also had my fiancé join us. At that point we worked on overall fitness. I was very pleased with our results. He never over pushed us and listened and helped me out whenever I was having bad days or days with pain. He always worked with our schedule since it changed from day to day. This was my first experience with a personal trainer in general and I am glad it went as well as it did. It is nice having someone you can learn from as well as joke with to get you through your workouts.

I hired Isreal through Thumbtack and I honestly couldn't have found a better trainer! Isreal immediately made me feel comfortable at the gym and worked with me to find a stable training schedule. He is very flexible and will work with you as little or as often as you need. He's available for sessions at his gym or sessions at your home/local park, whatever works best for you! I started out training 2 times a week but have quickly changed that to 4+ times a week. He's just that awesome. He is passionate about your fitness goals and will develop a training schedule to target your individual needs. Our first session consisted of some fitness tests (how many jumping jacks/push ups can I do, how many crunches in a minute, how long can I hold my plank, etc...). This helped him identify where I was at, physically, and what kind of exercises we should focus on moving forward. He's worked with me to identify a weekly meal plan, as well. We frequently review what I'm eating and how certain types of foods are affecting my body. Isreal goes above and beyond to ensure you are meeting your fitness goals, no matter what level you are at. He's always on time and will always make you leave sore as heck! I truly and honestly could not rave about this guy any more. I've had many trainers in my day and never had someone care so much about my fitness. You will not be disappointed, I promise!

I’ve lost almost 30 lbs since October, when I started with Trainin4Life. They teach you to be committed to your goals and practice long term habits like tracking and weighing your food. As far as the fitness goes, I do small group training with them and it is a great mix of ladies I get to workout with. The workouts are always different but always challenging. Really great way to start off the day!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    1-on-1 training ranges from $75 per hour to $45 per hour, based on the frequency of sessions per week. (Couples and small groups available as well.) Let's get started on the rest of your life!! Online/Virtual Training is also available! Come see us for all your personal training & fitness related needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial process for a new client: Set up a time to meet and discuss in detail the clients goals and preferred style of training. Perform a fitness assessment of the client to get a start point documented, and to better customize future workouts. Familiarize the client with potential workouts, via a 10-15 minute workout. Discuss the suggested training program and the training packages available to the client. Set up calendar for beginning of training sessions.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our Fitness Coaches are Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, and some have other certifications. (including Pilates, Nutrition, Spinning, Kick Boxing...)
