I was really in a bind and Alan at All Task saved my butt. I only had 2 weeks to get my property in shape to sell. Living out of state when I came in to recon my rental, I found the property had some bigger than expected issues. I had to replace carpet, remedy some mold, fix a deck, paint the entire interior, fix ceiling texture, replace part of the concrete walk and re-point the brick facing. Alan's crew handled 80+% of it directly and he was able to get a mason contractor to fit me in when I couldn't do it myself. He showed up everyday personally to check up on his crew and even met me at Lowes with his trailer which saved me money. I had never even met this guy before. He was recommended by a friend. Thanks again.

Alan fixed a serious tile problem in our master bath. I have also used him to address other issues around my house. His work is excellent and his rates are very reasonable.
