- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary depending on the length of the visit, time, and day of the visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make follow-up contact about a week before the visit. This allows me to get an update on the logistics of my visit and request information about the children who will be at the event so Santa will have background information when I talk with the children.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Santa education has been an ongoing process beginning with attending the first national gathering of Santa's in Branson, MO in 2006. Since then training has included a Master's in SantaClausOlogy from the International University of Santa Claus. Other training includes the Christmas Performer Workshop and classes from the Santa Conservatory as well as association with local Santa in the Georgia area.
