- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually all insurance restoration specialists including the carrier use a software program called "xactimate", it is the primary billing software for the industry. Any time a claim is filed that is the product I use but for someone paying out of pocket, I will help them out, In reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to walk through a project and figure out what method will work best for a specific project.
