My hard drive died some years ago without warning. I'll never forget the gratitude I felt when Mr. Marco of Equus managed to recover ALL my data! It took a while, but I imagine other vendors would have considered my situation hopeless, but he stayed with it 'til the job was done.
Since that time I've hired Mr. Marco to get me out of several other puzzling situations that were technically over my head. He has a great depth of knowledge and experience, and will "stay on the case" 'til your problem is resolved. I think his charges are very reasonable for what he does.
