I have been working out with Rebecca Brown Harris since 2012 and it has been a great experience. Last year she helped me lose 30 pounds in 4 months. Rebecca was a major encourager to me when I started my weight loss process 3 years ago. She would get me up early in the morning and meet me for our workout sessions at least 3 times per week, without fail. We would have brisk walks whether it was 85 degrees or 55 degrees with earmuffs and gloves on. Rebecca would lead me up to the top of Stone Mountain with a "you are going to make it" attitude. However, she would always say that I needed to go at a pace that my body would agree with. Rebecca would share great tips on nutrition and how to prepare certain foods that would be full of flavor and healthy; reminding me that my eating habits was the biggest part of my weight loss process. Rebecca had a calm and peaceful way of keeping me on track when at times I wanted to give up. Thank you Rebecca for being a part of my new lifestyle!Jul 14, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes! Not only is it required, I have a natural desire to get educated on all things fitness and nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started on my personal journey with fitness and I didn't want to work in any other arena.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I helped to take a client's status from pre diabetic to no sign of diabetes at all!
