First time using this services, McKinley arrived at the time we agreed and even gave me a phone call when he was 10 minutes out. Upon arrival I showed him what I had going on with my interior door that goes into the garage. We closed the door on Thursday night and then could not get it to open again , My husband took the door knobs off and got very frustrated. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Mckinley figured out and I agreed we needed a new door knob. He went to Home Depot came back right away and put my new door knob on. I was very pleased, my door now works as it should, I will use this service in the near future. 👍*****
