- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is average but my service is above average. Your home is most likely your biggest investment make sure your getting the best quality for the money and warranties are important. A company that comes back if you have an issue once the work is done and money spent that’s the mark of a good service not just the good service in the beginning .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce our company and services , make sure we are the company you need. Secondly we go through exactly the issue also budget and schedule to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified mold inspector and remediation certified in mold removal, water damage, fire damage . I have a fantastic partner who’s 25 years knowledge in roofing and with our joint Knowledge we replace and repair roofs also remove and water damage or rot occurring from leaks.
