Its midnight on December 23, 2019. The rain will not let up and it is positively miserable outside. I happened to hear a dripping sound in my kitchen, so here I go to try and figure out where that noise is coming from. After checking all normal stuff like faucet, under the sink, refrigerator.... I open the microwave and lord have mercy I was hit with Niagra Falls. Yep my vent over the microwave was leaking from the roof. In a panic I Googled emergency roofers. I got a listing for every hospital in Georgia. Next I Googledroofers near Tucker. BINGO. First one on the list Good Shepherd Roofing 24/7. Well, my first thought was sure thing like someone is going to come to my house tonight at midnight and help me out??? No way!!I dialed the number and was graciously comforted and told that someone would call me right back. Well of course I thought, well that is not going to happen. To my surprise the phone rang within 3 minutes and I was talking to Doug who told me not to worry and Dustin would be at my home in 45 minutes. RIGHT???? Im still envisioning myself cleaning up water all night long. Pot catching drips in the microwave, towels everywhere, tears running down my face. Oh my what am I going to do. In 30 minutes I received a call from Dustin, the Angel from Heaven, saying he was about 5 minutes from my house and not to worry about anything. Dustin arrived, calmed me down, climbed on the roof, had a tarp in place, dripping stopped immediately and believe it or not I got a great nights sleep. All I can say is in my 70 years on this earth my experience with contractors has been many. Good Shepherd Roofing is the very best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. People like their answering service, Tracy, Doug and Dustin deserve the highest recommendation for caring and professionalism. My biggest gratitude goes out to Dustin. This young man came to my house in the middle of the night, in the pouring rain and did what he had to do to make a customer happy and satisfied. Keep this companys contact information in your phone and pass it on to all your friends. Satisfaction Guaranteed.

We had a new roof put on our house about 6 years ago by another roof co. Last year we had a leak around the flashing thats around the chimney. We called several Roofing Co to get quotes and most didnt bother to return my calls. I called Good Shepherd Roofing left a message and Dustin called back in about 10 min, I told him the problem and he came out that afternoon to inspect my roof. He found a problem with the sealant that the other company had used. Dustin came back the next afternoon and put the proper type of sealant on the flashing and fixed the leak. I was super happy with getting my roof repaired so quickly, then he gave me the bill and I was totally shocked at how reasonable it was. Fast forward 12 months and had another leak around the chimney, I called Good Shepard yesterday and Dustin return my call, I told him about the leak and he came out this morning and found a problem with a couple of shingles around the chimney and fixed the problem and as unbelievable as it sounds in this day and time Dustin didnt charge me a penny. Good Shepherd Roofing is a Veteran owed and operated co and I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

We had a pretty bad leak on the 1st floor of our home after all the rain so I looked for a roofer for repair, not knowing who in the world would be the best to choose. I found Good Shepherd Roofing on the internet & was very impressed by the name. I called for an appointment late in the afternoon & was fortunate enough to have Dustin come over the same day. Fantastic response! He looked at damage & knew exactly what was wrong & fixed it very quickly. He did a marvelous job! From now on I will always call Good Shepherd Roofing to take care of all roofing needs. To me they are the best - very courteous, professional, knowledgeable & trustworthy. Thanks also to Tracy in their office for all the help in getting Dustin here so quickly!

I contacted Good Shepherd Roofing and asked to perform a roof inspection, Dustin called me and set up a schedule and I can say without hesitation his professionalism and demeanor is outstanding, Dustin helped me with my insurance company and even was on site when my insurance adjuster was doing the inspection. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional. My new roof looks outstanding and I highly recommend Dustin & Good Shepherd Roofing.

We provide special discounts for first responders, law enforcement, active military and military veterans. We also have seasonal discounts available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process will be to perform a complimentary inspection. After our inspection we will provide the home owner options on repair or replacement of their roofing system. If a replacement is necessary and an insurance claim is valid we will work with the homeowner and their insurance company to ensure the process is handled in a streamlined way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the National Roofing Contractors' Association. There are only a small group of roofing contractors that are members. Part of our membership includes ongoing training and certification programs which we take seriously to ensure we are always delivering the best service and material choices to our customers.
