- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonably judged based off of the level of skill needed to complete the job and the appropriate amount of time needed to assemble and or finish a project. Standard service fee to travel to a location to assemble the furniture will be added in the beginning too the original quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always meeting with the customer and the representative or contractor, to getting a good understanding of the project and the phase. Making sure everything matches the print, and make sure the customer has no further questions about the work and/or project.

90+ years of combined knowledge between the 4 people that taught me to be a tradesman.
