Air wasn't blowing as well as it should. Walked me through some things at home to help him get a more clear understanding of the problem before he even came out. Came and confirmed issue and added refrigerant. Answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained what was going on. Even discovered we had a common hobby and had a great conversation! Very professional and an excellent value. Will definitely work with him again for some other home issues. Highly recommend!

Nick was wonderful! My air had been off for three days over the July 4th weekend. Nick came out this evening and had it repaired (bad capacitor) in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced and very kind. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes there is a standard price for Gutter cleaning only, all other jobs must be quoted (which is free). Gutter cleaning Pricing based on building height, as well as square footage. If you would like your gutters cleaned by hand and bagged with the debris hauled off. there is a 60% upcharge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like think customer service is the best way to go. combined with quality of work in order to ensure returning business!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to educate my customers on the jobs that I do so they can fully understand the scope of work. Often times a customer can find me doodling a picture for them so I can visually represent how things work and why something needs replaced or repaired!
