I pick up samples to take to the client so they don't have to leave their home, or I can go shopping with the client, whichever they prefer. I assist clients with picking out and choosing all of their materials: tiles, paint colors, flooring, cabinetry(style and color), cabinet hardware, faucets, sinks, doors, trim, lighting, etc., whatever is needed to complete the project. So, this is where you have an advantage when hiring us, instead of just a contractor.
Most contractors do not like working side by side with costumers. But I do. Contractors don't go shopping with the customer, but i do. They tell the customer to buy their materials and call them when they are all on site for them to get started.
It is important to me to give the client a quality product, good service, a space they will love, as well as a positive experience. We take pride in our customer service.
I also SOURCE all materials, for the clients, including cabinets, countertops, hardware, backsplash, flooring, tile, electrical, paint, plumbing and anything else needed to complete the project.
I oversee the progress of the project and keep a close eye on quality control. and Contractors do not get their last payment until the job is completed.
