FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our focus is to provide a high level of workmanship with an attention to detail. We price our work to allow us the time to carry out a job correctly using the best materials for the job. Although there may be standard charges we use, most jobs are broken down individually into steps to be taken along with associated costs. We take the approach of providing our clients with realistic quotes up front as opposed to pricing low to get our foot in the door.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with active listening on our part. We listen to understand what our customer needs- What is broken, what problem is to be solved, what is our clients vision for their home? We then propose our best solutions, refine a scope of work that suits the clients budget, contract, and then execute. Throughout any project we make sure that our customer is informed and remain available to answer any questions throughout the duration of the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Architecture was always a distraction for me in college and was almost my chosen field of study. After an internship at a local Atlanta firm I decided against it. Working in telecommunications years later traveling throughout Europe and Latin America I was always drawn to construction methods, and design. While living in Munich Germany My wife and I decided to move our family back to the states. It was then that I decided to dive into residential restoration/construction.
