Introduction: For over ten years now, I have worked with youth from all walks of life. I identify youth's strengths and weaknesses and we develop personal goal plans. As a result of youth working with me, SheRockz, the mentor and transformational speaker, youth have achieved such things as created/started successful businesses, improved in educational achievement, excelled in effective communication, engaged in positive conflict resolution, pursued career paths earlier than expected and developed positive self esteem. Ms. Akeia is such an inspiration and has a great rapport with all youth that she comes in contact with. She is easily able to adapt to youth and their personalities which causes even the most challenging, vulnerable youth to be able to connect with her and her radiant personality. Pricing varies depending on the type of service being requested. We believe that our pricing is in direct correlation to the expertise of SheRockz, Inc. and the indelible impact each participant will experience that will remain with them for a lifetime.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone consultation will take place in regards to what service is needed and all pertinent details will be gathered in order to be most valuable to the event and or service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two post graduate degrees. Additionally, I have been doing motivational speaking for the last ten years. Due to my undeniable passion and the transformations that youth, families and those that work with youth have experienced, my services are sought out continuously. I have various facilitator trainings as well as multiple motivational speaking classes and trainings. My work is so transformational, I have had exceptional trainings with the juvenile justice system as well as the adult court systems in effort to service families.
