- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our standard pricing for all music lessons is $125 per month based on 4- 30 minute lessons or one lesson per week. This applies to guitar, bass, drum, piano, banjo, mandolin, or fiddle/violin. The lessons take place in the store one on one with an instructor in a private room. For students that wish to do a longer lessons than a 30 minute session, we can accommodate one hour lessons at a discounted rate from the $125 monthly fee. There is no sign up fees or contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? In terms of a new music student we always try to gather basic information on the student, with regards to amount of experience, musical interests, or goals they wish to reach. We go through a similar process with customers who are shopping for an instrument or seeking an instrument repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our instructors generally all have music degrees and/or professional teaching and playing experience in the respective instruments. Our drum instructor Bill has been teaching and playing professionally for over 25 years. Our guitar/bass teacher Casey has been playing in several local bands professionally for 10+ years and has been teaching guitar/bass and beginning drums for 8 years. We specialize in kids and true beginners how to play.
