Working with Total Fitness Control was an great experience. My goal was to loose weight and increase my strength. The atmosphere was professional and the training was intense. Gartrell helped me stay focused on my goal and push myself to achieve maximum results. I was truly impressed withbGartrell's professionalism and commitment to my training. Many days I left sore and exhausted not knowing if I would return for my next session but because I could see and feel the results of all the hard work, I continued.
