Hello and congratulations on starting your fitness and wellness journey. I specialize in both diet and physical training of all types. I have also struggled in the past with fitness. I was able to shed 60lbs in 2 1/2 months and then later finish a 100 mile run in less than 24 hours. 33 of which I ran on a fractured foot. I am committed to excellence and will guide you and help in any ways I can! I work with everyone from Division 1 athletes, bodybuilders and people in movies, to beginners that have never seen the inside of a gym.
