Brandon was great and I highly recommend his services. He responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and was able to fit me in the next day. Once he arrived, I added a few additional items to be pressure washed and he was flexible and able to add those to the scope of his work for a small up charge. It was raining most the day, but he worked diligently until the job was done. I’m very happy with his work and more importantly, he was incredibly kind and friendly. He really enjoys what he does!

Brandon was a pro in every way. He called the day before his scheduled arrival to confirm the appointment, showed up on time (a few minutes early, actually), then spent some time walking around the property with me, confirming the work I wanted performed. He finished all the work quickly; a couple hours earlier than I thought it would take. And his work was excellent! I had dark grime on my white painted porch column wraps that I thought was wear, as I was never able to scrub or pressure wash them back to white myself. Brandon made them look freshly repainted. I should have asked him what cleaning solution he uses! Brandon was friendly and upbeat the entire time he was here. His prices are completely reasonable, and his work is top notch. I would not hesitate one second to hire him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, communication is the key. Help the customer understand the process of power/soft washing before doing the job, making the customer feel comfortable.
