Sessions are fully customizable to your specific needs, desires & goals Brief Backstory: With curiosity & the desire to dive into the root & core of what Yoga truly is, I sought my training in its birthplace in India: in the ancient spiritual cities of Rishikesh (in the Himalayas) & Varanasi (one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world). Many transformative yogic practices & techniques are left out in modern-day Yoga in the Western world. The classes I teach are unique, including bits and pieces from various branches of Yoga. I focus on comfort & proper alignment & always offer supportive positive encouragement for students of any experience level. The theme of my classes is generally focused around Chakra Awareness. Nikki is such a wonderful yoga and goat yoga teacher as well as a meditation teacher. She teaches such intentional lessons and all of our clients love her. Her love for animals is very apparent and clear. The goats are obsessed with her. She is a awesome instructor!

Nicole was truly a pleasure to work with. I booked a Reiki session with her and by the end of my session I felt extremely relaxed. She definitely helped to release several blockages in my chakras.
