FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
not complicated at all. If customer and I agree on charging for project by project then labor is roughly as cost of material. If we agree on hourly rate then I get paid hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well just the same as a regular except the newness. We both talk about what work needs to be done and I what time and at what price. And if time allows, I ask as many questions as I can so that I feel like I know my customer a little. But the overall objective is to get more work don, with charging as little as I can and with as much work as possible. My regulars will tell you those ideals are the traits of my work ethic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly reading and acquiring knowledge pertaining to my field that I don't know. I have access to the Internet and I'm always researching new methods and ideas. I have a bachelors degree with some masters study under my belt so researching has been ingrained in my psyche.
