- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always actively learning about what we do and new techniques. We try to stay current with the industry to help insure our clients receive the best service and products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My great grandmother owned a restaurant, and she taught me the love of food and being from the depression era, she taught me how to make everything from scratch and that it taste better and fresh.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Themed parties- we make several styles of food for our clients of many cultures. Cajun, Jamaican, French, BBQ, Low Country Boils, Crawfish Boils. We do weddings, rehearsal dinners, golf tournaments, gallery shows, fashion shows, dinner theater and church events. We put together fundraisers for churches and schools. We also have baked goods to offer our clients.
