Kim Kennedy was hired as the Weekend Wedding Manager for our son's wedding to relieve me (Mom) of wedding planner duties on the big day. Kim was the absolute best investment they could have made. Her project management skills, attention to detail, accessibility, flexibility and calm disposition were invaluable. Her seamless execution of activities and task flow between the ceremony and reception venues was exceptional. Follow-up and communication with all of the service vendors was timely. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. She is the best!

My daughter got married and Kim with Yours Truly was the Wedding Planner for the last month. I can not say enough great things about her and her service. She did a tremendous job. She is very delightful to work with, extremely professional, reliable and detailed oriented. I even contacted her "after" normal work hours and she would always respond promptly. She was great with the communication of all of our vendors and saved us so much stress and hassle. She truly took the hard part out of the wedding so we could enjoy it! Her crew was great as well. We just enjoyed being in her presence as she was always full of joy and just "fun". Kim was very flexible and has a great work ethic. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and we are extremely grateful! To top it off, she was VERY affordable! We appreciate you Kim! Thanks for being a part of this lifetime event with us! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services start at $1500. A custom quote can be given after a complimentary consultation. Factors that influence the quote include but are not limited to guest count, number of assistants needed, scope of set up, number of in person meetings, number of hours needed on the wedding day and type of venue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before you choose to work with us we offer a 30 minute Free consultation to go over your vision and your needs. Once you decide to work with us we will then sign an agreement with 50% deposit and schedule our first consultation to get all the details of your special day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in logistics of corporate events and tradeshows for over 19 years.
