- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and their pet before I actually start.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I come to their house, greet their dog, and walk him. Check to make sure the pet has food, fresh water, and a clean water bowl. Collect the mail or any other request, and check the house to make sure everything is fine before I leave. Or I may be ask to sit with the pet for half a day, or spend the night.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I'd tell them to make sure their pet feels comfortable with the provider.
