Michael was absolutely great! After our furnace decided to stop working on what has been the coldest night of the year so far, Michael came to our home and we had heat within the hour. He was knowledgeable, efficient and turnaround time was great. He didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need, but rather he came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Our AC went out and Michael came right away. He was at my house in one hour. Michael is very professional and trustworthy. I felt good about him as a contractor. Michael came on day he promised and completed the job on same day. He put in a new AC and inside air handler. My new unit works great and his price was very competitive. Just to start out...we have a regular AC guy. Our air conditioning unit stopped working on Sunday morning. We texted our regular guy, and he couldn't make it out until Midday on Monday. So, with the heat, and a four year old, through Thumbtack, we found Michael. He came out the same day. Within in a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem, after trying a few other things, and narrowed it down to us needing a new air compressor. Within a couple of hours, Michael had it fixed for us. He was very professional, very courteous, and very responsive. We would use him again. Thanks Michael for saving us on a HOT summer Sunday.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Saturday morning with no heat. I called 5 companies and Michael was the only one that texted and called me IN MINUTES. He was very prompt and courteous.
