Introduction: We specialize in Leasing and Property Management and take pride in helping our owners maximize their home's potential. We constantly strive to provide excellent, personal service to all our clients. Our goal is to make your rental home become an effortless income generator for you and your family while maintaining the property value for future resale. We are not a large corporate company. Each Owner and property is known to our staff and a personal relationship is formed. Some of our clients have been with us for decades! We get to meet and talk with all types of people. Each day is different. It is very gratifying to help an owner solve the problems of Leasing and Property Management. Owners are very busy with their own lives and are relieved to be able to have one less burden. We also get to meet prospective tenants that are excited about having a new home and happy to have someone willing to help with the search for the perfect rental.

I have used Julie Rosebrook and Innovative Home Partners for many years and have had outstanding service from them. Julie has found great tenants, many who have stayed for multiple years at my rentals. Even when one does become empty it seem like only a few days before she and Innovative have anothe tenant for me. Innovative also provides the on-going service needed at any of the properties to keep them in good condition. Highly recommend Julie and Innovative.

IHP has done and is continuing to do an excellent job as property manager.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a telephone or email conversation, we either meet with the homeowner if available or inspect the property for condition. We can then recommend any maintenance or repairs and a competitive price for the current rental market.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ask as many questions as you could think of. After many years in this business, I am still disappointed to find that the majority of management companies are simply real estate agents that do this on the side of the primarily selling business. If you have a special concern for your property - ASK the questions. Sometimes just talking about your concerns will help. If they can't or won't give you answers - look elsewhere.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your goals for your property? What are your major concerns about the property or the services? How much (or little) do you want to be involved in the process?
