FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a telephone or email conversation, we either meet with the homeowner if available or inspect the property for condition. We can then recommend any maintenance or repairs and a competitive price for the current rental market.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would ask as many questions as you could think of. After many years in this business, I am still disappointed to find that the majority of management companies are simply real estate agents that do this on the side of the primarily selling business. If you have a special concern for your property - ASK the questions. Sometimes just talking about your concerns will help. If they can't or won't give you answers - look elsewhere.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What are your goals for your property? What are your major concerns about the property or the services? How much (or little) do you want to be involved in the process?
