- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing listed here is just a general average. Once we meet with the customer, see the job, and find out what is needed exactly, the price may be lower or higher depending on what the customer needs done. A lot of customers have add-on’s that they want done once we our on site. We go over every aspect of the job and costs before getting started. There are no hidden fees. We are very easy to work with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want long term relationships with our customers. We like to meet face to face, shake hands, and learn about what the customer wants done. We look over the job and give the best price possible. We answer and address any questions or concerns they might have. Learn about what they want the final product to be. We explain the process, agree on a price, and then assure the customer that they can have peace of mind that we will take care of their property as if it was our own. We then complete the project and ask the customer if they are satisfied with the work and if there is anything else we can address for them. Our focus is customer satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army. I was in the explosives industry for a decade. I have done construction type work most of my life. I have owned a few companies over the years, and now have rebranded to include all of my skills into this company.
