A Computer Partner
About this pro
Larry was absolutely PHENOMENAL, and I would most definitely hire him again should I have any more computer concerns. There's no need to look any further for your computer diagnoses and repairs. Larry was quick, efficient, cost-effective, polite and right on time.Jul 2, 2018VerifiedLarry B.'s reply
Thanks, Alice. It was my pleasure.
I worked with Larry on a computer issue that I was having and he went above and beyond on the work. I am sure this took a little longer than he expected. He made sure the work was completed and didn't hit me up for more than his quote. I would recommend Larry and A Computer Partner to safely get your computer work completed. Thanks Larry! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$99 per hour is about 1/2 what some others charge, but if a project runs over 2 hours, a low flat fee is charged. It makes no sense to pay more than the cost of a new computer to repair an old one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A brief conversation to understand the problems and a few questions to analyze the cause is usually enough information to ensure that a tech problem can be repaired inexpensively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Love of electronics combined with post-grad classes, topped off by years of research and on-the-job training, has given us the technical experience to solve most all tech problems.
