- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the cleaning industry in 2008 by simply sending in a resume on Careerbuilder.com for an Area Manager position with a nationally recognized cleaning company. I had no experience whatsoever, but I decided to take a chance anyway. I ended up being hired after the 1st interview, and was placed with an outstanding management team that was able to teach, train and mentor me. I successfully managed a client base of 11 client accounts across Georgia and Alabama, while leading a team of 30 Cleaning Technicians and 9 Team Supervisors for clients such as Sears, Kmart, Belk, and Office Max. During my tenure, my team and I were credited by Janet Johnson, District Facilities Manager of Sears Holdings Corporation, with improving the overall cleanliness of all Kmarts & Sears in her assigned Georgia/Alabama territory, passing several scheduled and unscheduled janitorial inspections and visits, completing special projects upon request in a timely fashion, building an industry-competent and trained team, while delivering customer service turn-around and janitorial improvement all within the first year of my tenure. After experiencing tremendous success within my first year, my Division Manager not only suggested me for promotion to a Division Manager role, but also suggested that I consider going into business myself. In 2010, I started Premier Commercial Services in Columbus, GA. Additionally, I am a graduate of the Ashford University Forbes School of Business, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. My focus is strategically driving continued success for the business, building a loyal client base, enhancing service and efficiency, and increasing sales. My six-year Residential Property Management background enables the contribution of seasoned and efficient expertise towards the needs of apartment management customers from an onsite managerial level, while my passion for cleaning and attention to detail allows Premier Cleaning Service to remain effective in managing and meeting client's expectations. In 2014, Premier Commercial Services expanded to the Greater Atlanta area, with an office operation currently in Dunwoody, GA.

We have worked with renters, homeowners, churches, banks, offices, maintenance contractors, retail stores, doctor's offices, daycare centers, counseling centers, and property management companies.
