I hired this service for general cleaning (dust vacuum mop clean bathrooms, etc) and was satisfied with their work. However, my furniture does not require a polish which they used and it left smears or film. When prompted to use a damp cloth the cloth was too wet and left dry water marks. I will use them again with more specific details of my wishes. Please note I am very particular about how I like my home. I do have a lot of stuff to take care of and I will pay for that care.

I have ZERO complaints! This company is very professional! I initially talked to Erica who was very nice and informative. She put me on the schedule for a free quote. Hector came out the very same day! He made sure he knew what I was looking for in a cleaning service.
The housekeepers he sent out were amazing. By far the best I’ve had!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hector came out to my home and gave me a free estimate. He was very nice and wanted to make sure we stayed within budget! He also got me on the schedule for cleaning the same week! Once the housekeepers were finished cleaning he walked through my home with me to make sure I was satisfied! I would recommend this company 100 times over!!

They were very professional and super detailed with their work, they take the time to make sure everything I wanted clean was done! We moved in to our new place and it was a bit dirty, needless to say we were happy with our service! I highly recommend McElvain inc cleaning company.
