Jake was really quick to get back to me and was able to schedule getting my pressure washing on my sidewalks and driveway before I got my house on the market and he did a great job !

He chose the cheapest grade of materials on the market, takes no pride in his craftsmanship tries to get by with many short cuts.makes no notes a out what the customer wants and does poorly remembering the total conversion. He was supposed to insulate, he closed the wall with incomplete insulation and insisted that it was finished .he's trying to do this work by himself and is doing very poorly .he installed the wrong windows and the wrong size door at my expense

Our crew is all about making our customers happy no matter what. Unfortunately we could not make you satisfied in the end no matter what I offered you because clearly you were trying to pull one over on me and my guys. You wanting to make up lies and issues being wrong, when there was noting wrong with the final outcome. You complained so you could get a discounted price. So we finally agreed on stopping where we were and I still gave you a discounted price which I shouldn’t have, on what I quoted you in the beginning. I only did that to be the bigger guy as a company and to keep a good name under my business. We went over and discussed EVERY detail on the quote paper we wrote up for you that would be done and you were VERY happy with everything until we were almost done (finishing trim) on the final day. It’s sad we have to deal with customers like this after all we never get bad reviews and all ways have great outcomes with all of our customers because I don’t want a customer unsatisfied. I have pictures to prove what good work we did on your job.
