- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run monthly promotions to coordinate with the seasons. Its 60.00 for the first hour for us to make a service call. We do give discounts which vary with the different services we do. For returning customers I also give a discounts. If a customers refers a friend we also give a discount as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I"ll speak with them ahead of time to have a idea of what they are needing. I will do a walk around with the customer for them to show me and tell me there wanting. I will explain my plan and steps I'll be taking to complete job on time and on budget. I will answer questions or concerns they may have before the job gets started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hunter irrigation two-wire class, Irrigation Association and 25 years on the job experience with multiple contacts in the industry.
