- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our pricing based on several factors. The type of cleaning requested, the frequency of our visits if you receive regular service and the square footage of your home, are all used to determine your rate. We do not typically need to see your home in order to provide a free estimate.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients are on a regular cleaning schedule receiving services monthly, biweekly or weekly. We are also available for one-time services including move-in/out, detailed cleanings or even hourly for customized service to fit your needs. We bring all of our own supplies and equipment so you will not have to provide anything unless you would prefer to. We do not require any type of contract but know you will be happy with our level of service. We also try to remain flexible so that we are able to accommodate everyone, rescheduling an appointment is ok as long as we have 24 hour notice!
