I came across Erica Stepteau's success story on th Facebook group, Black Women Losing Weight. It inspired me to follow her on other social media and also to inquire about her 12 week program. After my free consultation with Erica, I was moved and motivated to attack my personal battle with obesity. Erica was very spiritual, inspirational, and dedicated to helping me to make the changes that I wanted and needed to make in my life. I have never personally met Erica but through telephone calls, Zoom, etc. I have developed a great relationship with THE BEST in the business. Once I changed my mindset, I was able to see the inches fall off in each and every area of my body. Erica created meal plans, helped me in areas where I struggled, gave me advice and I recommend her highly. She is a very involved coach with a great personality. She doesn't beat you up, she picks you up if you fall. I could go on and on but her personal success mirrors what she wants for each and every one of her clients.

Erica is a master of Mind, Body and Spirit. She has learned first hand the significance that each of these elements has on life transformations... Spiritually, mentally and physically. Her personal life transformation is beyond inspirational and the advice and guidance she has even provided me in my own life speaks volumes. I'am a retired Command Sergeant Major of 30 years with the US Army. I am an ex Drill Sergeant and Airborne Soldier who thought he knew physical fitness until I joined Erica's Fit4Life training program.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a person who values personal development and read a new book each month. Last month I completed "The Charge" by Brendon Burchard. This book has helped me look at high-preforming through a different lens. I have found a new energy to manage my time, influence others, and achieve more!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My weight loss journey allowed me to find my passion in helping others. Two years ago I created a Facebook Group page to help others achieve their health and fitness goals using some of the very same principles I’ve used in my journey. This group started off with 39 people and as of today there are over 1800 members apart of this group. I share daily tips, tricks, and monthly MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT challenges. I live, breathe, and think about nutrition and fitness. I am so glad I experienced that ankle injury because It allowed me to find myself in many ways. I didn't know how ambitious I was until I lost the weight and also this path has allowed me to meet so many people so that I can help them achieve their goals as well!!!
