I hired the Goodman's to clean my home in preparation for a tenant to move in. They sent one quote and then lowered it prior to even getting a response from me. I asked them to come and look at the house, described in detail what I needed and agreed to a higher price because I wanted the house cleaned down to the baseboards. They cleaned the home and needed to go back over certain areas and then refused to clean the refrigerator and the microwave telling my agent it was not included in the quote. Who would have a tenant move in without cleaning the refrigerator? The microwave should be a part of any house cleaning. I believe they only did this as they knew I was out of town and they got paid in cash. I would never hire them again let alone recommend them!!!

In reponse to his review-We offer payment methods of cash, credi card or pay pal. there was and must of been miscommunication and we apoligize for that.We service all our customers with integrity and pride either present at home or not. The agent did a walk through and was very satisfied with our services and gave the ok prior to payment. We do our best to satisfy each and every customerand we will do our best to resolve this issue now and in the future so his does not reoccur.

Monica did a great job at one of the rental home we have in the Stockbridge, Ga. area. We need someone to perform the job quick and right. Monica clean and sanitize the home for our tenant to move in. Great job.
