Shawn came out to our home, assessed the problem with our furnace and got right to work. This issue couldn’t be fixed the same day but he made sure we were warm until he could come back the next day. He had a travel delay the next day but Shawn communicated with us right away. He came in and fixed the issue with our furnace immediately. Shawn was VERY professional, he communicated clearly and helped us to understand the problem. I appreciate the care he used by wearing his mask and shoe covers! Thanks Shawn! If we have further heating/cooling needs we’ll definitely contact you again!

Shawn did an OUTSTANDING job! He was up against quite a challenge with my unit and had to order parts. He fixed my problem at a rate that can't be beat. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and quick, and I couldn't be happier with his work. I will hire him for ANY problems I encounter with my AC going forward. Service technician called before scheduled appointment and gave an estimated time of arrival. Technician was on time, polite, and professional during our brief conversation about the issues I was having with my unit. He then asked if I could show him where the thermostats and furnace were located. After a short period of time the technician explained that the he found issue and that the air handler blower motor had fail and recommended that it be replaced. He explained that he had the part for the repair on his service vehicle and that the repairs could be made the same day. We discussed prices and came to a great price if repairs were made same day. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed and I highly recommend Extraordinare LLC Mechanical for anyone's HVAC service and repairs!

The technician scheduled the appointment on the same day when my furnace stopped working and was able to have my furnance back running the same day, saving me and my family from a very cold night!
