I first met Wendy and her husband at the American Embroidery Conference when it was held in Atlanta around 2003. They were there as vendors selling an array of embroidery blanks. They traveled about two hours to and two hours home daily for about 4 days bringing the enrollees various home and baby items to embroider on. Her items were first quality and they both were always smiling and cheerful. I have ordered items from them and they always arrived in a timely manner. Personally, Wendy is a delightful lady always learning and achieving. I met her and her family at a wedding of a mutual friend and they all were so very nice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Give as much detailed information as possible, detailing the work that you need done. Post a picture of the design that needs to be turned into embroidery so that we can easily give a quote without a lot of questions.
