FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is flat rate - there are no contracts, enrollment fees, memberships, or other made-up fees. All sessions are 60-minutes, and our clients use 100% of the sessions they pay for (i.e. the statistic that 2/3 of gym members never show up is a thing of the past with us!) For private, 1-on-1 training, 60-minute sessions range from $49 - $73, depending on the the session package you choose (e.g. single session, 10-pack, 20-pack, etc. up to 100-session packages). For semi-private / small groups, such as couples and friends (up to 5 people), sessions range from $20-$40 per person. Classes depend on the number of participants, and for businesses we often offer a flat rate class when you're not sure how many people will show up from class to class. Prices have a wide range - $5 to $18 per person, and the more people you can get to participate the lower the per-person cost is. The best part is the class is at your location, on your schedule, and there are no contracts. We furnish the instructor and all equipment, and all you need to do is tell us where/when to show up!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a FREE 60-minute assessment and introductory workout. It gives prospective clients a chance to "try before you buy", and we use it to collect baseline fitness data to facilitate individualized program design. Because everyone has different skills, abilities, and goals, there are no "one size fits all" programs or "boot camps." All training plans are individualized and science-based to give the best results in the shortest time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES. GYMGUYZ requires continuing education above the basic requirements to maintain certification. This training is diverse in nature and focuses on continuous improvement: including program design, exercise physiology, and sports psychology.
