It was great working with Jumpin Jades! The large bounce house was a hit at my son’s 5th birthday party this weekend! The team was pleasant, punctual, and professional. Shaun also explained key to do’s and don’t of the bounce house before use. Upon arrival for pickup, the Jumpin Jades team noticed that the kids were still having too much fun, so they actually let the kids jump a little longer—beyond the agreed the pickup time. I really appreciated that! I definitely plan to use them for future events!

Jumpin Jades was responsive throughout the entire process, from providing their quote, to following up before the event, even to check on whether we were going forward (in case the weather didn't cooperate). This was for a boy's 8th birthday party which was a water-themed party. The kids loved the slide. It was the hit of the party.

We rented a water slide from JumpinJades. The customer service was excellent and the cost is very affordable. The set up and take down of the slide was seamless. The kids had a blast on the slide and we were so pleased we would definately rent from them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start at $130 for our 15x15 units. Prices for slides start at $200. We also have Cotton Candy Machines, Popcorn Machines, and Snow Cone Machines. These items can be rented for $50 instead of $70. Our prices include setup and takedown.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we work with the customer to understand their needs. We direct them to our site so they can view our selection. Once we understand their requirements we can help them make the best selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are SIOTO certified. SIOTO stands for Safety Inflatable Operators Training Organization. They train operators to ensure that they know how to properly work the equipment to ensure safety.
