Molding or baseboards,
- What types of customers have you worked with?Remodels and additions. Remodels can be among the most stressfull things a family goes through. Your lifestyle is completely turned upside down. Workers arrive early in the morning and are in your home all day. The noise, fumes, dust, debris and the loss of space while the work is being done. Make sure you have the right contractor to avoid the horror stories and complete your project on time and budget. As a contrator I can offer you design ideas and suggestions for your project. Want to add a room but don't know where to put the entrance? I can help. Remodel a kithen but don't know where to start, or finish a basement but need some ideas on mechanicals? We can help.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Spend some extra time planning your project, it will save you money from change orders as well as time to complete. Hire a designer or talk to your builder. Changes can add up to big expenses. For example I had a customer change lighting from 1 center room fan to 4 corner recessed can lights after the sheetrock was installed. This cost over a thousand dollars to tear out the ceiling, rewire the lighting and switches and add the 4 new can lights. Simply planning with someone whether it's an interior designer, architect, builder or just friends and family members can save you and your builder a lot of time, trouble and money.
