First and Foremost Nick is a communicator of his services he provides. He responds in a very quick and timely matter.He answered all our questions and concerns upfront before we decided to hire him. He got me and my husband in at a very short notice. Nick is very knowledgeable and detailed of his work! He explains and breaks down the report in great depth to make sure you understand everything before the inspection is over. Nick had the report ready in an hour after the inspection was completed. We purchased a new home and was well pleased that we hired Nick to do an inspection on it! He was professional, thorough,kind,and very passion about his work ethic. After reading the report we felt well pleased and educated on our new home purchase. All of our concerns was addressed . Nick responded to me very quickly, was very open to when he would come to inspect our home, was on time, and had a thorough report ready for us to send to our realtor only a few hours after finishing the inspection. I’d highly recommend!

To start with Nick is a very punctual professional. Nick has reach the home site way in advance & was also able to look around and inspect the exterior & also was generous & friendly enough to fetch us points that we should be taking up to our builder during the home inspection. It was our first home inspection and we had so many questions and were curious as well as nervous about the inspection but then Nick made everything right with his positive attitude and explained each and every step of the inspection in detail very patiently. It is common for the owner or future owners to not know how and why the inspection is conducted which is why Nick is the right home inspector to satisfy all home inspections needs and his service was A+. I would happily recommend Stay Safe inspection to my future home owner friends or anyone looking for an A+ inspection for a competitive price in the market.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  1st time buyers and military will recieve a discount

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  You call or text and we will discuss the project. I will give you an estimate, if you accept you send me your name,number, email, for yourself and your realator. I send you email confirmation with a link to pay by credit card if you wish. You can be at the inspection if you wish. You will have a modern clean report with photos and video that evening with a follow up call if needed.

  Certified Health and Safety Technician, certifed home inspector by InterNachi, OSHA authorized instructor.
