FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know... that there are many variables to consider when determining the price and level of individual service that is needed for the completion of their requested work order. Every job/project is unique, and with varying factors such as, recent weather, surrounding structures, debris, obstacles, and differing terrain, we are often presented with all types of working conditions and that is why it is difficult to give an accurate and honest estimate over the phone for this industry. Any company in this industry that does offer over the phone quotes WITHOUT visiting the property to "put eyes" on the job is doing a disservice to the customer, their business, and quite frankly the entire tree trimming and removal industry. That is why here at "America Tree Service" we are offering a FREE, no obligation consultation to help customers get an honest and accurate quote for their tree service needs. To get on the schedule text or call the number provided, we will be happy to walk you through the entire process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to be as transparent as possible, so after an introduction (via phone, email, text or thumbtack correspondence, etc), IF the request meets our minimum work requirements, we generally look to schedule a time that works best for the customer and America Tree Service so we can come out and "take a look" at the jobs. Over the phone consultations are not usually very accurate or effective at all, no matter how well the customer explains the project and how well the specialist seems to understand, there is still too much room for error when it comes to talking numbers. (There is no price per tree, price per trim, price per limb, or price per yard, it simply just does not work that way at all.) We are currently working on ways to improve this process for convenience on both ends. As of right now, however, it appears that a "good old-fashioned visit" to the property is still the #1 way to help customers determine if we are the best team for the job by setting proper expectations for the time, the price and the process of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
