Jontell is the BEST. He came to replace a toilet for me. First thing he did was go through the four different options I had for how to fix it or replace a toilet and valve. Loved that he broke it down for us and show me all of the financial differences between each. We decided to go with full replacement for all new parts. Husband and I had bought the toilet last night. When we opened it, it was broken. Ugh. I didn’t have the SUV/truck and couldn’t take it back... But, Jontrell and I took his truck to exchange it at the Home Depot ~5miles away. We got a new toilet and drove back together. This guy is MAAADDDD trustworthy and helpful!!! When we got back he installed everything efficiently and professionally. Jontrell was SO GREAT that we booked him for more handywork tomorrow. Found a new handyman ya’ll. 😀
