FANTASTIC WORK!! Finally, after being "ripped off" by two other cleaning services I found a team I can trust that works hard and does the job right! I had two other cleaning services I found on Thumbtack that ripped me off and did a lousy job for moveout cleaning. I booked them via Thumbtack and was out $600 for both cleaning jobs. Later on, I found out Thumbtack has a guarantee policy and it turns out they are refunding what I paid to those bad guys. I hope they boot those other services off the platform. FYI never allow cleaners to clean without you being there especially for move-out jobs. Anyhow, I booked Team Diamond Shine and they showed up and worked for hours re-cleaning the mess the other services left behind. The place sparkled and the team was very professional and I will use them again. I was so impressed with their work I "tipped them" with a commercial orbital floor polisher that I paid $500 for but never used. Now they will use it on wood floors to get an even better result.

The responsiveness that I received to schedule an appointment was phenomenal. When they arrived they were wearing masks and kept them on the entire time, which I truly appreciated. The cleaning I received was excellent. They paid attention to details and were quick in completing my services. I am looking forward to having them back.

Rosland and Ken did an amazing job with our home .we needed a jump start deep cleaning to get us back on track after a difficult year and they were champions for the job. They worked so hard and prob longer than they had expected too but they pushed on and with smiles on their faces. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone! Prices are based on extensive and on going market rates that include travel time, materials used and effort of job. Same day cleans are available but require a $25 fee upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much detail about the job needed. This way we can move the number quicker from an estimate to an actual quote. The more information we have the more prepared we are for the job.
