In 57 days, Lepard's roofing showed up twice to work on our leaky roof. Both times he had to return the same evening because the job was left exposed to the elements and rain came through the ceiling inside our house, and made the problem way worse than we he started. After the second leak, we lost all confidence in him, and asked for part of our deposit back. At first Corey Lepard agreed (via text message) to take the shingles back and give us our money back, but then replied later in text that he'd spent the money, and had no money to pay us back. He said he was poor, out of work, done with us, and good luck suing him. He did offer to finish the job, but there was no way we'd let him touch our house again after the damage he caused. Two licensed contractors came to review the damage, and both were appalled at the work he had done. Items were not level, not installed properly, and unsafe. Our new roofer could not salvage any of his work. Everything had to be gutted, started from scratch, and even repaired from the damage he caused us. We can't find proof of any business license or insurance. Do your homework. Don't just read reviews, but check to make sure who you hire is legit, or you can loose $1,000s like we did.

Great guy and the work product is great. He has roofed 8 or more buildings for me over the past 8 to ten years. If you need a roof don't make the mistake of not having Corey install it for you!!!!

Corey did the roof on one of our flip houses, and we couldnt be more pleased with the work. Job looked great and helped sell the house quick. Plus having a local guy do the job is always a bonus since hes a valued member of the community. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had bad wood rot under my stucco that ruined the rim seal on one side of the house. Corey and his guys rebuilt the rim seal and sistered a bunch of my floor joists that were damaged. They tore down the stucco and put up new osb and vinyl siding. They were very affordable and did an excellent job. They worked the whole time they were on site. If you need honest, hard working contractors, Corey and his crew are what you want! Outstanding and super nice. I'll definitely be using them again.
