I needed to have the grout cleaned in my property after the tenants moved out. Because I live in another state, it can be challenging to coordinate repairs and maintenance. Joe was able to get the job done quickly and even sent me photos of the completed work. I would definitely recommend Cleaning Solutions Unlimited.

Amazing! Our home is about 20 years' old and the (white) showers' grout had become impossible to clean. Additionally, in my struggle to clean it, I spilled a strong cleaner on the floor of the shower and didn't wash it off right away, so I stained many of the floor tiles. Joe really is amazing. He replaced the stained floor tiles and removed the grout about 5 feet up and regrouted it all. We have a new shower! It absolutely sparkles, it's so clean. AND he did it all in ONE day, cleaned up his mess and was incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend Cleaning Solutions Unlimited.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a free onsite hard surface restoration analysis at the customer's home or business. We listen to the customer's concerns and identify the problems that need addressed. We then recommend the best course of action to meet the customer's needs, along with at least one alternative for the customer to consider. After the customer has chosen their desired course of action, we set up an appointment that fits within their schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning Solutions Unlimited is the only certified HSMPA (hsmpa.org) Master Cleaning firm in West Georgia and East Alabama. All Cleaning Solutions technicians are trained to HSMPA standards by the Certified Master Cleaner and HSMPA educational board member, Cleaning Solutions Unlimited's owner - Joe Kline
