FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to charge flat fees for representation when that makes sense to me and my client. Most individuals, even wealthy individuals, cannot afford full blown litigation carried on by a full service law firm charging hourly rates for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do at least twelve hours of Continuing Legal Education each year to stay on top of recent developments and techniques in my areas of expertise.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I represent developers, builders and real estate investors in defending suits brought by lenders. I represent persons, particularly those with business debts in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
